Videos, Posters, & Exhibitions Chair

The Videos, Posters, & Exhibitions Chair/s are responsible for supporting contributors to prepare video presentations to appear in the conference program, posters to be presented in the iLRN Virtual Campus and/or the physical venue. Responsibilities include: 
 
 
 Preparation of instructions for contributors to appear at the conference web site. 
 
 
 Creation of templates to be downloadable via the conference website. 
 
 
 Collect submitted videos & posters. 
 
 
 Check video and poster quality and fulfilling of guidelines, and communicate with the authors accordingly. 
 
 
 Upload videos to the conference program. 
 
 
 Upload posters to the iLRN Virtual Campus. 
 
 
 Liaise with the Local chairs to provide the environment/boards for the preview of Posters and for the Exhibition of demos and products at the physical venue. 
 
 
 Propose and facilitate a review process for best videos and posters. 
 
 
 The Videos, Posters, & Exhibitions Chair/s is appointed for serving for a 2-year term. The first year in an apprentice role to a more experienced chair.
