In-Person Oral Presentations

Each room must have a Technical Assistant.. This person has the following duties:

• Ensure the proper Zoom session is connected and recording.
• Ensure microphone and screen sharing are working.
• Load presentations for presenters
• Close the Zoom session upon completion of the presentation session.

Oral Presentation Format:

• Each oral presentation session will be 90 minutes and have a maximum of 5 presenters.
• Each presenter will be given 10 minutes to speak, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
• Extra time at the end of the session can be used for discussion or to break early.
