In-Person Oral Presentations

Each room must have a Technical Assistant.. This person has the following duties:

  • Ensure the proper Zoom session is connected and recording.
  • Ensure microphone and screen sharing are working.
  • Load presentations for presenters
  • Close the Zoom session upon completion of the presentation session.
