The iLRN Codex is our delegation hub:

• Codex as Authority: Every role (ST Chair, Content Writer, Program Chair) should know: “If it isn’t in the Codex, it isn’t real.” That means any addition like Kostas is logged there first.

• Codex as Workflow Trigger: Instead of you executing, the Codex entry triggers the task for someone else (linked to a Tally form, tagged volunteer, or checklist).

• Codex as Accountability: Publicly, you can still embody iLRN’s service ethos. Internally, the Codex shows who’s responsible and when it’s done.
